I am Priyanka, a seasoned tech leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering, product management, and program management across various domains. Today, I am dedicated to coaching emerging and ambitious leaders in the tech industry and help them reach their goals faster. I work with diverse group of tech leaders from big companies like Meta, Google, Apple etc as well as Startups like Cruise and Rivian. I also work with entrepreneurs to help them scale their businesses and manage their time efficiently.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned tech giants like Meta and Cruise, as well as startups. In these roles, I led highly technical teams, successfully launching cutting-edge products and driving strategic business outcomes. Alongside these achievements, I prioritized fostering a culture of connection, authenticity, and empathy within organizations.
My most recent position was as the Head of Technical Program Management at Cruise, where I played a key role in enabling the launch of an autonomous driverless fleet. Prior to that, I spent 4.5 years at Meta (formerly Facebook), where I delivered innovative technology products, built strong organizations, nurtured communities, and attracted top talent. My diverse journey has exposed me to various technical domains, including Autonomous Vehicles, AI/ML, AI Voice Assistants, AR/VR, and AdTech.
Driven by my passion for empowering individuals, I made the transition to coaching. I believe in helping leaders accelerate their career goals through a strategic mindset and enabling them to create fulfilling work lives aligned with their values. My coaching philosophy revolves around leveraging strengths, amplifying voices, and addressing blind spots to foster unstoppable growth. As your coach, I will partner with you to develop a strategic plan, guide you through your journey, and encourage you to take bold leaps.
I particularly enjoy collaborating with startups and closely working with founders and CEOs. By enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, I assist organizations in achieving exceptional results while ensuring alignment with their core mission, values, and culture.
