Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned tech giants like Meta and Cruise, as well as startups. I have led highly technical teams launch cutting-edge products and driven strategic business outcomes. My diverse journey has exposed me to various technical domains, including Autonomous Vehicles, AI/ML, AI Voice Assistants, AR/VR, and AdTech. This extensive background has equipped me with deep insights into the challenges of managing innovation in a dynamic, high-stakes tech environments. Alongside these achievements, I prioritized fostering a culture of connection, authenticity, and empathy within organizations.

Driven by my passion for empowering individuals, I made the transition to executive leadership coaching. I believe in helping leaders accelerate their ambitious goals through a strategic mindset and enabling them to create fulfilling work lives aligned with their values.
