About the Workshop:In the dynamic landscape of leadership, women often face unique challenges. This workshop is designed to empower and equip women leaders with the tools to conquer obstacles, elevate their impact, and foster a network of support.
What to Expect: You will gain unique insights from my 20+ years of experience including a decade of experience leading teams in a fast paced tech world. This is meant to be an interactive session so come prepared to engage in lively discussion and participate in activites. You will also have the opportunity to connect with a community of other inspiring women leaders and building a network of support and collaboration that extends beyond the workshop.ย
Format: After a quick introduction, we will address the top challenges facing women in tech leadership roles such as moving to senior management roles, bringing visibility to their work, imposter syndrome, etc. We will work through a scenario or two (depending on time), followed by Q&A at the end.
