The way you talk to yourself can have a significant impact on your self-esteem. Instead of putting yourself down, try to reframe your thoughts. For example, instead of thinking, "I'm not good enough," try thinking, "I'm still learning, and I can improve. and let me collect the facts"


3. Stop comparing yourself to others

It is natural to compare yourself to others, but it is not helpful. Comparing yourself to others can make you feel inadequate and increase your self-doubt. Instead, focus on your own journey and progress.
