After the discovery session, our ongoing coaching sessions typically occur biweekly. Together, we'll develop an action plan, identifying areas for improvement and strategies to achieve your objectives. You'll gain actionable insights and tools to reach your full potential. I'll offer guidance, support, and feedback to keep you accountable on your journey toward your goals.

Before our first coaching session, we set up a discovery session. This session allows me to learn more about your strengths, challenges, and goals. We will discuss your desired transformation and what success would look like. It also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify expectations.

Once you've identified me as a potential coach, the next step is often to schedule an introductory call. During this call, we can discuss your coaching goals and determine if we are a good fit for each other for one-on-one leadership executive coaching or if group coaching is a better fit. If we both feel comfortable moving forward, you can then sign up for ongoing coaching services.

To ensure that our coaching relationship is effective, I recommend that my clients engage in coaching for at least six months. This allows sufficient time for you to make progress and develop new habits and skills. After six months, we can re-evaluate our coaching relationship and determine if it is still beneficial to continue.

  • Coaching sessions are typically scheduled on a recommended biweekly cadence. This frequency allows for adequate progress and skill development​.

  • There is a policy for rescheduling and cancellations in place which includes a required noticed period of 48 hours to avoid charges.

     

    That being said, I will attempt in good faith to reschedule any missed sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • My clients typically invest between $7,000-$15,000 to work with me 1-1. All packages typically include:

    • 1x 120 minute discovery session where we co-design what works for you

    • 50 minute on-going sessions

    • Unlimited email & text support

  • To get started, schedule an exploratory call to discuss goals and determine if there's a mutual fit for 1-on-1 coaching. This is followed by signing up for ongoing coaching services if both parties agree​.
