Amanda Donohue who's currently the TPgM leader at Stripe has had an interesting journey to becoming the leader today. On this podcast episode of Unleash Your Leadership, she talks about building confidence to work with engineering without a technical degree, adapting TPM organizational structure to the business needs and the need for broader TPM community.
Today, Amanda leads the Stripe enablement organization. She joined Stripe to lead the centralized TPM org and previously held TPM leadership roles at Facebook Meta within the Infrastructure organization. Amanda also tried out pastry school and makes some amazing cakes and desserts! 🎂 🍰
